Icon — avatars / embroidery / favicon
Rules: clear space = height of the W on all sides. Minimum width: lockup 140px / 35mm, icon 24px / 10mm. ONE version only — the primary lockup, always on white. Over photography, dark surfaces or coloured materials the logo sits on a white panel or badge; it is never recoloured or knocked out.

Typography

Aptos throughout — the same typeface Wall2Wall uses in Microsoft 365 and email, so the brand, documents and correspondence all match. On web it falls back to Segoe UI / system fonts where Aptos isn't installed.

Spec: all garments black, logo applied directly to the fabric — no badge or panel. Garment exception: the wordmark and GROUP stitch in white thread for legibility; the W mark stays in its primary colours (Navy 3743 tonal + Sky 3845). This white-text version exists for clothing only.

Consistency Rules

The short contract that keeps every platform identical.

Always

  • Use the supplied master logo files — never redraw or screenshot
  • Pick colours from Section 02 only
  • Aptos for headings and body — every platform (matches Microsoft 365 & email)
  • Keep the "2" in Sky Blue in every lockup
  • Show CHAS accreditation on quotes, signage and the website

Never

  • Stretch, rotate, recolour or add effects to the logo
  • Use the old green/navy palette — it is retired
  • Place the colour logo on photos without a white panel
  • Mix old and new branding on the same item
  • Set the wordmark in any other font
