This website is run by Wall 2 Wall Plastering Ltd, trading as Wall2Wall Group (company number 09500547), Unit F, Atex Business Park, Gun Cotton Way, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 5XE. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website.

Our lawful basis for enquiries and tenders is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. For job applications it is taking steps at your request before a possible contract of employment or engagement. For analytics it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Please don't include anything sensitive, such as health information, in a message or CV unless it is needed for your application.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We use these services to run the website:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the forms you send. Your details may be processed in the United States, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used, only if you agree to analytics cookies.
- AJH Technology looks after the website for us and can see form submissions to keep the forms working.
If you become a customer, we may share what is needed with our accountants, insurers or the main contractor on your project.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and tenders that don't go ahead: up to 2 years, so we can follow up on the same project.
- Customer records: 6 years after the work, as tax and accounting rules require.
- Job applications that don't lead to work: up to 6 months, unless you ask us to keep your details on file for future roles.
Cookies
We only use analytics cookies if you choose Accept analytics on the cookie notice. If you choose No thanks, none are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
